WOMEN’S FUND 25TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION: APRIL 26TH, 2025
The Women’s Fund was founded in the year 2000 in response to a need in the community.Â
For 25 years, The Women’s Fund has been a financial resource for organizations addressing women’s causes and issues that disproportionately impact women.Â
Join us for a spring brunch under the Garden Tent at Meadow Brook Hall, to be followed by a tour focusing on the philanthropy of Matilda Dodge Wilson.Â
MAY 22ND, 2025: MEN’S FUND ANNUAL GIVING BREAKFAST
The Men’s Fund Breakfast is a tradition that harkens back to an earlier time, back when Rochester was practically a one-horse town.Â
In the 1960s, a group of Rochester business leaders would get together over breakfast and put $100 bills into a cigar box. When one of their neighbors had a need, that money was a resource of support.Â
It looks a little different now, but the heart of the Men’s Breakfast is the same: neighbor helping neighbor.Â
Join us for breakfast, networking, and a message from an organization we’ve supported throughout the years.Â

Thank you to our community for another great Tailgate Party! We learned that Foundation is our favorite F-Word, and we learned about many services that the Community Foundation provides.
We’ll be ready to do it all again next year!
DecemBER 12TH, 2024: holidays at the roxy
Thank you for coming to our end-of-year celebration! Holidays at The Roxy was an incredible evening celebrating our generous supporters, donors, and friends. What a fantastic way to end the year. 💙🤎
During the holiday season we are reminded of the power of giving. Thank you for showing up, giving back, and making a difference all year long. Together, we are strengthening our community and creating opportunities for all to enjoy.Â
February 9TH, 2025: Young Professionals Trivia Night
The first YPG event was a great success! We sold out and had to open up an overflow area for all the attendees. It was an amazingly fun night, and we look forward to hosting more events to continue growing our new YPG.

Over the years, the Women's Fund has consistently given to the Assistance League of SE MI in support of Assault Survivor Kits. Any time a woman goes to the hospital as the result of reporting an assault, her clothes become evidence. Each Assault Survivor kit provides new clothing and toiletries for survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
